Stephane joined the State telecommunications Ministry in 1993, where he was in charge of the mobile network licenses 2G & 3G. He represented the French State at the ETSI European standardization committee preparing 3G standards.
In 2003, he joined the French trade association for electronics manufacturers (AFNUM) bringing together the industries of mobile devices, networks, television, audio visual equipment, digital cameras, IT, printing and connected devices.
Since 2017, he is an independent consultant specializing in regulation and standardization in the field of electronic products. He helps small, medium and large companies to meet their regulatory obligations and solve their conformity issues.
