Sam Dahmani

Graduated from the South Bank University of London, Sam Dahmani, 46yo, began his career as a telecommunications engineer, and deployment manager in Scandinavia at Nortel Networks EMEA, before founding his first entertainment company in Paris. In June 2014, Sam graduated from the Stanford University "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program". After 15 years of entrepreneurship, including raising funds, external growth and resales, Sam decided to invest himself in "La French Tech", the french federation of startups and scale-ups in France. He is now the Managing Director of La Capitale La French Tech Lille.
In June 2024, Sam graduated as Auditor of the national session of the Institute of Advanced National Defense Studies (IHEDN) with a specialization in Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity (SNC). During this year at the Paris Military School, he was able to acquire cutting-edge skills in a crucial area of ​​our time and to understand the geopolitical and strategic issues linked to our economic, digital and cyberdefense sovereignty.
